Starting from January 20 of this year, children under the age of 14 will need a foreign passport to leave Russia, tour operators and citizens should take this into account. This was stated on January 30 by the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Maria Zakharova, answering a question from Izvestia.
According to her, work is currently underway to exclude the birth certificate from the list of documents required for travel.
