A new ice crossing has been launched in the Khabarovsk Territory

Another ice crossing has appeared in the Khabarovsk Territory. Employees of the GIMS of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the region took control of a technological crossing on the Katen River that was approved for operation.

The length of the winter road is 40 m. Vehicles with a load capacity of less than 40 tons can move along it.

The service organization has equipped the entrances, installed road and information signs. The ice condition is constantly monitored.

IA AmurMedia writes that this is the 18th ice crossing opened in the region this winter season. . This ferry is the third one in the Lazo area. A total of 31 winter roads have been applied for in the region.

At the end of December, an ice crossing was launched in the Khabarovsk Territory, connecting Nikolaevsk-on-Amur and the village of Podgornoye.

The length of the ice road through Amur is 5.5 km. The load capacity is currently 5 tons, and it will be increased later, but not more than 20 tons.
