Rosneft told about the development of a new cafe format for gas stations
Rosneft is developing a chain of cafes in the food truck format under the Grain brand. Mobile points of sale operate both at the company's gas stations and outside them — at urban, sports and festival venues in various regions of the country. This was reported in the press service of Rosneft.
In Moscow and the Moscow Region, Grain food trucks have been featured at sports venues, themed exhibitions, and city festivals, including the "Summer in Moscow" and "Winter in Moscow" projects. In the North-Western region, a mobile cafe participated in the gastronomic festival of northern traditions "Pomorskaya Food", as well as in the automobile festival "Road to the Russian North". In the Stavropol Territory, a food truck became part of the Kurortnoe Nebo aeronautics festival, dedicated to the 200th anniversary of the Essentuki. During the New Year holidays, a mobile cafe operated on Mustai Karim Square in Ufa.
Recently, based on the experience of developing the mobile format, the company opened a new modular cafe "Grain" at a gas station in the Moscow region. The new facility is located on the 98th kilometer of the federal highway M-9 "Baltia" in the Volokolamsk city district. The format provides for stationary accommodation with an increased area compared to food trucks and is focused on servicing drivers and travelers.
The cafe offers a range of fast food and drinks, including hot items and products under its own brand. The project was a development of the concept of mobile cafes, previously implemented by the company in the food truck format.
