Two CRT projects are being implemented in the Basmanny and Savelovsky districts of Moscow.

About 190 thousand square meters of real estate will be built in the Basmanny and Savelovsky districts of Moscow as part of the integrated territorial development (CDT). Housing for the renovation program, as well as social and public-business facilities will appear on the allocated plots, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said on the MAX channel.

The decision on the development of territories in the central and northern parts of the city was made at a meeting of the presidium of the Moscow government, the mayor emphasized. It is planned to create about 2.5 thousand jobs as part of the implementation of two integrated territorial development projects. Almost 2.3 thousand people will receive new modern housing.

In the Basmanny district, a section is being reorganized at the intersection of Centrosoyuzny and Balakirevsky lanes, between Bakuninskaya Street and the tracks of the third Moscow central diameter. The urban development potential of the territories is about 137 thousand square meters of real estate, it is reported on mos.ru .

A section near the intersection of Bashilovskaya Street and 4 Vyatsky Lane will be reorganized in the Savyolovsky district. The urban development potential of the territories is 52.35 thousand square meters of real estate. The project provides for the preservation of a cultural heritage site of regional significance — the Svoboda Factory Club, built in 1927-1929 by architect Konstantin Melnikov.

Also during the presidium meeting, Sobyanin approved the name Novorizhskaya for the Rublyovo-Arkhangelskaya metro line station under construction. It will appear in the Kuntsevo area between the 23rd kilometer of Novorizhskoye highway and the fourth kilometer of Ilyinsky highway. In total, there will be 12 stations on the line, which will stretch from the Moscow International Business Center "Moscow City" to Rublyovo-Arkhangelsky beyond the MKAD and further to Krasnogorsk.
