The level of trust of Russians in Putin was 77%
The level of Russians' support for Russian President Vladimir Putin was 77%. This follows from a survey conducted by the Public Opinion Foundation (POM).
In addition, 52% of respondents gave a positive assessment of the work of the Russian government, which is 1% more than in the previous survey. Regarding the work of Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, 54% of the survey participants expressed a positive opinion.
The rating of United Russia was 42%, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation — 7%, the Liberal Democratic Party — 9%, Just Russia remained at 3%, and support for New People was 4%. The study was conducted in the period from January 23 to January 25 among 1.5 thousand Russians.
On January 21, Putin called the Direct Line the best sociological reference point that coordinates the work of government agencies. The President stressed that feedback from citizens helps to put the work into practice. Putin also expressed confidence in the consistent implementation of all the measures outlined following the results of the direct line.
