The rank and file of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) has a negative attitude towards Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky and broadcasts their unwillingness to continue participating in hostilities. This was announced on Friday, January 30, by Alexander Radchenko, a prisoner of war of the infantry battalion of the 156th separate motorized infantry Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"Everyone was against this conflict and against Zelensky," he told TASS.

Radchenko added that he was mobilized literally near his own house, and then, after a formal medical examination, he was transferred to the front line, leaving there without food, water and high-quality communications.

Ukrainian prisoner Vladimir Litkin said on January 2 that his country's military command, while training future militants, was threatening to send them to the front line near Krasnoarmeysk. In addition, he stressed that the instructors did not give the recruits any special knowledge, conducting classes in the forest and showing them techniques that "even a child" could handle. Litkin, summing up his story, pointed out the reluctance to return to his homeland because of the fear of death.
