Trump signed a decree on duties for countries selling oil to Cuba

US President Donald Trump has signed a decree imposing duties on goods from countries that supply oil to Cuba. The corresponding decree was published on January 29 on the White House website.

"Under this system, an additional ad valorem duty may be imposed on imports of goods produced by a foreign state that directly or indirectly sells or otherwise supplies oil to Cuba," the statement said.
