On January 29, Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, called the conclusions of the Secretary General of the United Nations (UN) Antonio Guterres about the alleged non-application of the principle of self-determination of peoples to Crimea and Donbass "wild".
