The air defense forces shot down three UAVs over the Sea of Azov and three over the district of the Kherson region.

The Air Defense Forces destroyed three unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) over the Sea of Azov, and three more over the Genichesky municipal district of the Kherson region. This was announced on January 29 by the governor of the region, Vladimir Saldo.

"Three UAVs were shot down and fell into the Sea of Azov, three more were destroyed over the Genichesky MO," the Telegram channel said.

It is specified that as a result of the incident, damage was recorded on the power line, specialists are working at the scene.

This creates problems for the enemy's FPV drones and increases the effectiveness of offensive actions.

The press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Belgorod region reported on January 29 that an employee of the department was killed as a result of the UAV attack. It was clarified that the deceased repeatedly traveled to the sites of shelling to extinguish fires, evacuate and rescue people, while he himself repeatedly came under attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).
