Sobyanin spoke about the construction of five new metro stations
Builders have begun the construction of fences retaining soil and water at future stations of the Troitskaya metro line. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin spoke about the progress of the work in his channel in the IACH.
The launch of the section of the second stage of the Troitskaya line will help residents of TINAO to get to the city center faster, Sobyanin recalled. The opening of new stations will allow unloading the southern directions of the Sokolnicheskaya and Kaluzhsko-Rizhskaya lines.
Sobyanin spoke about the features of the "wall in the ground" method, with which builders build the stations "Sosenki", "Rakitki", "Desna", "Kedrovaya" and "Vatutinki". The technology allows you to make strong deep trenches in densely built-up areas and minimize noise from work, which is especially important for a megacity. In parallel, the territories are being planned, engineering networks are being removed and foreshocks are being installed, the head of Moscow noted.
90,000 trips per working day are made on the Troitskaya line of the Moscow Metro. Passenger traffic on it increased almost 1.5 times after the opening of four new stations in September. Thanks to the opening of the stations of the first stage of the Troitskaya line, more than a million residents of the southwestern districts of Moscow and the TiNAO have new routes. They can now save up to one hour a day.
Currently, the Troitskaya metro line includes 11 stations and five transfers: to Bolshaya Koltsevaya, Kaluzhsko-Rizhskaya, Sokolnicheskaya lines and two to the Moscow Central Ring. It is planned to fully open traffic from Troitsk to the ZIL station by 2030.
