In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a no-divorce day will be announced once a month, when the dissolution of marriage will not be registered. The next such day is scheduled for February 14th.

The regional registry office launched the campaign "Say NO to divorces!" It is necessary to preserve marriage unions and reduce the number of divorces in the region.

According to the KrasnoyarskMedia news agency, the registry offices, together with psychologists, will also hold meetings and consultations for couples who have faced difficulties and are thinking about parting.

Earlier, Izvestia wrote that after the New Year holidays in Russia, the number of divorces and breakups among couples is traditionally increasing. According to psychologists, the reason lies in the internal processes that long weekends trigger in a relationship.
