In 2025, the Sverdlovsk Region topped the rating of Russian regions where the level of juvenile delinquency prevails. Such data is provided by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on January 29.

So, in 2025, 853 teenagers who violated the law were detained in the region, the agency reports. Slightly fewer juvenile offenders were found in the Chelyabinsk region — 821.
