A representative of the owner of a burnt-out house was detained in Balashikha.

In Balashikha, a representative of the owner of a house in which four people died in a fire was detained, and the location of the owner himself is being established. This was reported on January 29 by the GSU of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia in the Moscow region.

A criminal case has been opened under Part 3 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Provision of services that do not meet safety requirements and caused death of people"), and under paragraph "a" of Part 2 of Article 322.1 of the Criminal Code ("Organization of illegal migration").

"On suspicion of committing these crimes, a representative of one of the owners of the house was detained, whose location is being established," the investigators said.
