One person died in a fire at CHPP-3 in Khabarovsk.

It is noted that the fire occurred at about 7:30 a.m. Moscow time on the roof of one of the buildings of the thermal power plant — the roof caught fire. The Regional Ministry of Emergency Situations clarifies in its Telegram channel that repairs were carried out there. As a result of the incident, two more people were injured, one of them was hospitalized.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, rescuers are localizing the fire. 32 people and 12 pieces of equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire. The agency emphasizes that the fire did not affect the operation of the CHPP-3.
On the same day, the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in the Altai Territory reported the death of two people as a result of a fire in a private house in the village of Khabary. The fire was extinguished. The press service added that the fire destroyed the roof, wall and ceiling of the house. 12 firefighters and five pieces of equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire. According to preliminary data, the cause of the fire was a violation of fire safety rules during the installation and operation of the furnace.
