People's Artist of Russia Larisa Dolina may lose her real estate in Latvia due to a new law that has been in force in the country since January. This was announced on January 29 by Gennady Kuzmin, lawyer, managing partner of MC Kuzmin and Partners.

He noted that according to the new Latvian regulation, the debt accumulated by the apartment owner is recorded on the property, and not on the owner. In this regard, Dolina, which has two apartments in Dzintari with a total cost of about 95 million rubles, may face problems.
