Vladislav Maslennikov, director of the Department of European Affairs at the Russian Foreign Ministry, said on January 29 that the European Union (EU) had already "divided" frozen Russian assets between Kiev and its own military-industrial complex.
"In Brussels, [assets] have already been hastened to divide on paper, like the textbook skin of an unkilled bear, between the Kiev regime and its own military-industrial enterprises, warming their hands on the continuation of the Ukrainian conflict," he said in an interview with TASS.
