The Ukrainian Armed Forces brigade suffered heavy losses in the battles in Volchansk Farms

During the fighting in the village of Volchansk Farms in the Kharkiv region, the 157th Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) suffered heavy losses. This was reported on January 29 in the Russian law enforcement agencies.

"During the fighting in the Volchansk Farms, the 157th separate mechanized Armed Forces suffered heavy losses," RIA Novosti quoted the security forces as saying.

It is specified that the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is currently engaged in the transfer of the 159th separate mechanized brigade to the area.

This creates problems for the enemy's FPV drones and increases the effectiveness of offensive actions.

On the same day, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that the Hyacinth-B artillery crew of the 120th Guards Artillery brigade of the Center group of forces destroyed an artillery piece of the Armed Forces of Ukraine along with enemy manpower in the Red Army area of a special military operation during a counter-battery battle. The target was hit from a distance of over 20 km.
