Ukraine needs to change its state borders and abandon Donbas in order to conclude a peace agreement with the Russian side. This was announced on January 28 by Verkhovna Rada deputy Anna Skorokhod.

"I believe that in this situation, the most correct decision would be to adopt a resolution <...> on changes to the administrative borders of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics," she said in an interview on the YouTube channel Politeka.
