Rubio announced the achievement of a general agreement on security guarantees for Ukraine

The United States and its allies in Europe have reached a common agreement on security guarantees for Ukraine. This was announced on January 28 by the American Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

"There is a lot of talk about security guarantees now, and this is something that there is a general agreement on now, if we talk about Ukraine...> Some European countries are ready to deploy troops," Rubio said, a recording of his words was published by Kyiv Post correspondent Alex Raufoglu on the social network X (ex.
