The Federation Council approved a project on the placement of non-stationary retail outlets on private land

The Federation Council has approved a draft law on the regulation of the placement of non-stationary commercial facilities (NTO) on private land. The relevant document was published on January 28 on the website of the electronic database of draft laws.

According to the document, more people will be able to trade in non-stationary facilities on private lands. So, in addition to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (sole proprietors), the self-employed will now be able to apply for NTO inclusion.
