The number of identified victims of the New Year's attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on Khorly has increased to 15. This was reported on the website of the governor of the Kherson region.
The governor of the region, Vladimir Saldo, announced on January 15 that 16 women, six men and two children were killed as a result of the Ukrainian Armed Forces attack on the village of Khorly in the Kherson region. According to him, the process of identifying the bodies and identifying the victims is currently underway.
On January 1, Saldo told about the strike of three UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on a cafe and a hotel in the village of Khorly, Kalanchak municipal district. A criminal case on the terrorist attack was opened on the fact of the incident. The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation also reported that the number of victims of the Ukrainian Armed Forces strike on the cafe and hotel had increased to 29 people. At least 60 people were injured in the attack. Also on January 5, Baldo said that after the attack of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kherson region, security measures would be strengthened.
