The preliminary cause of the fire in a production building in the Moscow region has been named.

A fire in an industrial building in the village of Dukhanino, Moscow region, according to preliminary information, occurred due to stove heating used by workers. This was announced on January 28 by the head of the Istra municipal district, Tatiana Vitusheva.

It is specified that the fire occurred in a plastic foundry on the territory of the agricultural complex.

"[According to] preliminary data, the fire started from the stove heating, which was used by workers for heating," Vitusheva wrote on the Telegram channel.

She added that there were no casualties as a result of the fire. Currently, the fire has been assigned the second level of difficulty.

The fire in the production building became known a day earlier. It was reported that 47 specialists and 16 pieces of equipment are working at the scene of the incident.
