- In Sevastopol, a worker at an educational center was injured in an attack by an APU drone.
A worker was wounded by shrapnel in Sevastopol as a result of falling debris from a downed Ukrainian UAV near the V. D. Revyakin educational center. This was announced on January 28 by the governor of the city Mikhail Razvozhaev.
"A fragment from a downed UAV fell near the V.D. Revyakin educational center. At the time of the fall of the fragment, all the students were in hiding. A shrapnel wound to the lower limb was sustained by a building worker who was on the street at the time of the downing of the UAV," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
There was no damage to the buildings of the training center themselves. According to Razvozzhayev, over the past night and morning, the air defense forces and the Black Sea Fleet repelled two attempts by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) to attack the city, shooting down a total of 10 drones.
In addition to the incident at the educational center, debris and fragments of drones fell in several areas: in Fiolenta they damaged the roof of a private house and a fence, in Yukharina Beam they pierced the roof of a house, and in other areas fragments of an engine and other debris were found. Also on Heroes of Stalingrad Avenue, a splinter broke a window on the balcony of one of the houses.
