Recommendations for lessons on the siege of Leningrad will be reviewed in St. Petersburg

The St. Petersburg Education Committee will conduct an audit due to the appearance on January 26 in a number of schools of methodological recommendations for conducting a lesson on the blockade of the hero city of Leningrad with unsuccessful formulations. This was announced on January 27 by the press service of the committee.

"The pedagogical community of St. Petersburg rightly drew attention and reacted sharply to the extremely unfortunate formulations made by the authors of the methodological materials. All methodological materials should be reviewed and edited — such an instruction has been given to the leadership of the Academy of Postgraduate [Pedagogical] Education (APPO)," the press service quoted TASS as saying.
