Ukraine will first sign a 20-point peace agreement with the United States, and then the American side will sign a separate agreement with Russia. This was announced on January 27 by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga.

"Speaking strictly about this 20-point framework, it is a bilateral document that will be signed by the United States and Ukraine. Well, the United States should also sign with Russia. Today, such a design is being discussed, but negotiations are still ongoing, this is a process," he said in an interview with the Ukrainian edition of European Truth.
