Battered Tartanova model agrees to settle with ex-boyfriend

Model Angelika Tartanova, who was severely beaten by a former young man in December, agreed to a settlement with him. Lawyer Oleg Sereda shared this with Izvestia on January 27.

"A settlement has been agreed. The culprit began to provide assistance directly to the victim," Sereda said.

Prior to that, the 33-year-old's defense filed an appeal against the court's decision to place her ex-boyfriend under house arrest. Currently, specialists are gradually restoring Tartanova's health, including through therapy.

The beating of Angelika Tartanova became known in early December. Before that, her family could not find her for several days. She was later found in a Moscow hospital. According to a source in Izvestia, Angelica had an argument with her boyfriend, 40-year-old Dmitry, two days before she disappeared when she moved out of his house. Allegedly, an acquaintance beat her on November 23.

The girl was hit on the head, she lost consciousness. She was later admitted to a hospital in the capital. Tartanova told Izvestia about her memory problems after the incident.
