The Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation, together with the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and the International Committee of the Red Cross, was able to determine the fate of more than 2 thousand missing soldiers of the special military operation (SVO). This was announced on January 27 by the Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia, Tatiana Moskalkova.
"Through joint efforts, we have managed to determine the fate of more than 2,000 of the missing," she said.
