In the Kotlovka area of Moscow, as part of the integrated territorial development program, they plan to reorganize a 0.63-hectare site. This was announced by Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of the capital for Urban Planning and Construction.

According to him, a residential complex with a total area of 18.2 thousand square meters will be built there. The new house will appear on Nagornaya Street, between Nakhimovsky Prospekt and Nagorny Boulevard, writes NSN. Now there is a parking lot for municipal equipment at this place, which will be moved. Earlier, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin approved the implementation of CRT projects in the Sokol, Solntsevo and Ryazansky districts. According to RT, by the end of 2025, the number of projects under the integrated territorial development program in the capital has reached almost 400, which is 30% more than a year earlier, when 302 projects were in the works.
