Putin laid flowers at the grave of his brother who died in besieged Leningrad

On January 27, the 82nd anniversary of the complete lifting of the siege of Leningrad, Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived at the Piskarevskoye Memorial Cemetery in St. Petersburg and laid a wreath at the foot of the Mother Motherland monument.
