Russian car brand Tenet reports sales in 2025

Since entering the market in September and until the end of 2025, the new Russian car brand Tenet has sold 33.5 thousand cars and entered the top three of the country's car market by the end of the year. This was reported by a correspondent of Izvestia from a press conference of the company in Moscow dedicated to the results of last year on January 27.

Last December, the Tenet T4 compact crossover rose to the top spot in the SUV B segment. The second place in the SUV C segment was taken by the mid-size Tenet T7, and the flagship Tenet T8 entered the top five in the SUV D segment. All of them are produced at the AGR Holding plant (formerly Volkswagen) in the Kaluga region.

At the end of the year, the brand's dealer network consisted of 211 sales and service centers in more than 95 cities of the Russian Federation. The share of corporate sales in the total volume of Tenet sales was 15%. In four months, 4,932 vehicles were delivered to corporate clients. From September to December, 1,198 vehicles were sold on online platforms, including the largest marketplaces.

"In 2026, we will focus on further scaling the business. Our strategic goal is to secure a market share of over 10% and consolidate Tenet's place among the top 3 market leaders. We plan to expand the product range by launching new models and modifications, as well as continue to strengthen the dealer network, while maintaining our focus on quality of service and building customer loyalty," said Ilya Perminov, Chief Operating Officer of the Tenet brand.

On January 20, the Tenet T4 crossover became the bestseller in the SUV segment (crossovers and SUVs) on the Russian car market for the first time. According to the results of the third week of this year (from January 12 to January 18), 1,342 copies of the T4 were sold in Russia, which allowed the model to come out on top. The second was another model of the Russian brand, the T7 crossover.
