The Air Defense Forces destroyed five Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) over the Belgorod region in five hours. This was announced on January 27 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

"In the period from 8:00 Moscow time to 13:00 Moscow time, five Ukrainian aircraft—type unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed by air defense systems on duty," the ministry said.
