Anna Minkova, ex-deputy governor of the Krasnodar Territory, was detained on suspicion of fraud in the healthcare sector. This was announced on January 27 by a source of Izvestia.

Minkova resigned in October last year. She served as Vice Governor for 10 years, starting in April 2015.
