The Roscongress Foundation's website has published the business program of the All-Russian field conference on the development of healthy longevity medicine, which will be held on April 23-24, 2026 in Saransk at the Radisson Convention Center. The event will bring together representatives of federal authorities, regional ministries, leading medical and scientific organizations, experts in the field of preventive medicine, neurotechnology, biology of aging, as well as members of the media community.
The focus is on the development of health centers as a key infrastructure for the formation of modern medicine for healthy longevity, as well as the development of cognitive health, including through culture and creativity, the introduction of new approaches to biological age management and the prevention of age–related diseases. Over the course of two days, participants will discuss a wide range of issues: the transformation of health centers, the prevention of brain aging, regional healthy eating practices, the role of media and bloggers in promoting a healthy culture, the impact of art and culture on the preservation of cognitive functions, modern scientific developments in the field of aging mechanisms.
The visiting conference will be the first event within the framework of the development of the regional movement "For the medicine of healthy Longevity", the start of which was announced in September last year. The initiative aims to create a modern preventive healthcare model and unite the efforts of federal and regional authorities, representatives of the professional medical community, culture and art, science and public institutions. "The regional movement For Healthy Longevity Medicine is a systematic step towards the formation of a new preventive healthcare model. Our task is to unite the efforts of the state, the professional community and the regions so that early diagnosis and prevention technologies become available, and health care becomes a conscious norm for millions of citizens," said Anton Kobyakov, Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation.
The business program of the Conference includes practical sessions, expert discussions and master classes, including a demonstration of the patient's client path in the health center using a specific example. Following the results of the conference, it is planned to exchange the best regional practices and form further steps for the development of healthy longevity medicine in the regions of the Russian Federation.
A special place in the program is occupied by the All-Russian Meeting chaired by Tatyana Alekseevna Golikova, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, dedicated to organizing the activities of centers for healthy longevity medicine and their interaction with the regional movement For Healthy Longevity Medicine. The meeting will consist of two thematic blocks: the first part will be devoted to the organization of health centers and the introduction of modern approaches to the prevention of age-related diseases, the second — to the new role of artist houses and the development of interaction between cultural institutions and the healthcare system, including through the formation of routes where doctors can recommend patients to participate in cultural events as an important element of maintaining cognitive health and active longevity.
Olga Krivonos, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Government of the Russian Federation, noted: "Today, healthy longevity medicine is becoming one of the key areas of healthcare development. Our goal is to ensure the transition from disparate preventive practices to a system that helps manage biological age, prevent premature aging, and maintain active longevity. That is why it is important to create clear routes for citizens and strengthen the role of centers for healthy longevity medicine."
In accordance with the Regulations on the regional movement, approved by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation T.A. Golikova and published on the Roscongress Foundation's website, the composition and regulations on the movement's working group have been prepared. The formation of the working group is based on the principles of interdepartmental and intersectoral cooperation with the participation of federal executive authorities, subjects of the Russian Federation, as well as leading scientific, medical, public and business organizations.
For the first time, the launch of a new regional movement "For the medicine of healthy Longevity" was announced in 2025. Its coordinator is the Office of the Government of the Russian Federation, and the Roscongress Foundation has been designated as the operator of the movement. The first interim results of the movement will be announced at the upcoming forum "Russia and the World: Trends in Healthy Longevity", which will be held on July 9-10, 2026 in Moscow. The Forum is organized by the Government of the Russian Federation and the Roscongress Foundation.
