This was reported on January 27 in the Russian law enforcement agencies.

"The enemy has deployed engineering equipment for mine clearance to the Kharkiv region," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

In addition, the agency's interlocutor said that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are also sending fighters from the 169th mechanized brigade to the Kharkiv region.
