Vera Mangusheva, assistant to the Governor of the Belgorod Region Vyacheslav Gladkov, died at the age of 38. This was announced on Monday evening, January 26, by the head of the region.

"Today we received the news that Vera Mangusheva has passed away. <...> She still has many friends in Belgorod. She was only 38 years old. A happy memory! We will always remember her!", the message on his Telegram channel says.
