Air defense forces shot down 10 Ukrainian UAVs over Belgorod region and Crimea

The Air Defense Forces shot down 10 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in five hours The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) over the regions of Russia. This was announced on January 26 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

"In the period from 15:00 to 20:00 Moscow time, 10 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles of an airplane type were destroyed by air defense systems on duty," the department's Telegram channel says.

It is noted that seven drones were shot down over the Belgorod region, and three more over the Republic of Crimea.

Earlier in the day, the air defense forces intercepted 16 Ukrainian drones over the Belgorod region from 11:00 to 15:00 Moscow time. It was clarified that the drones were also aircraft-type.
