A civilian was injured during an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on Dzerzhinsk in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). This was announced on January 26 by the head of the Gorlovka city district, Ivan Prikhodko.

"As a result of the Ukrainian armed aggression, a civilian resident of the city of Dzerzhinsk in the Gorlovka city district was injured," he wrote on the Telegram channel.

No other casualties were reported as a result of the attack.

Another 50 people were injured, 6 of them are in serious condition.

Earlier in the day, two civilians were injured in the Belgorod region as a result of attacks by Ukrainian drones in the Grayvoronsky district. As a result of the incident, one man received a barotrauma and independently sought medical help at the Grayvoron Central regional hospital.
