Dozens of violations due to snow removal were found in the work of the Criminal Code of Blagoveshchensk

More than 40 violations were found in the work of Blagoveshchensk management companies. This became clear during the weekly monitoring of cleaning of adjacent territories of apartment buildings, which is carried out by employees of the city housing and communal services department. In particular, it is assessed how conscientiously the Criminal Code performs the duties of maintaining yards.

So, over the past week, inspectors have managed to inspect more than 180 facilities and found 43 cases of violations. Three of the instructions issued to the Criminal Code were promptly implemented. The companies were given five days to complete the rest. Otherwise, the information will be handed over to the court.

Earlier it was reported that in Russia, management companies of apartment buildings can be fined up to 300 thousand rubles for improper snow removal in courtyards and on roofs, as well as for untimely removal of icicles from facades. This was announced by Alexander Aksenenko, deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Construction and Housing and Communal Services. Residents should record the fact of violation of deadlines in order to file a complaint about non-fulfillment later. You can submit it to the state housing Inspectorate and Rospotrebnadzor.
