The criminal case on the deaths of 14 people in an accident in Neryungri was brought to court. In the summer of 2025, a bus with shift workers fell off a cliff in Yakutia.

The investigation revealed that on June 21, the driver of the NEFAZ 4208-34 bus, with 31 passengers inside, fell asleep at the wheel, lost control of the controls and drove off the road. The car fell off a cliff 25 m high.

As a result, 14 people died, including the driver. Two suffered serious harm to their health.
