60% of the personnel from the attack aircraft of the 159th Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) were eliminated in the Kharkiv region. This was reported on January 26 in the Russian law enforcement agencies.
"The Ukrainian Armed Forces deployed units of the 159th separate mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to the area and conducted two counterattacks," the RIA Novosti news agency said.
It is noted that the losses occurred as a result of two counterattacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the forest southwest of Siminovka.
