Experts have warned about new schemes of fraudsters with the delivery of orders

The scammers began calling the Russians on behalf of the order delivery service from the store, demanding to provide the confirmation code from the SMS. This became known on January 26.

According to RIA Novosti, during the call, the criminals inform about the delivery of a previously placed and paid order and ask for a verification code. They ignore all questions about the cost or the contents of the order.

Experts warn citizens not to share SMS codes with outsiders, so as not to become a victim of fraud.

Earlier, on January 25, it was reported that cases of sending fake messages on behalf of the Gosuslugi portal have become more frequent in Russia. Scammers use similar logos and personal appeals, while citizens are urged not to follow suspicious links and contact only official sources for information and help.
