The Telegraph pointed to the depletion of anti-aircraft missile stocks in Ukraine
Russia has depleted Ukraine's limited anti-aircraft missile reserves and rendered the Ukrainian air defense system ineffective. This was reported on January 25 by the British newspaper The Telegraph.
"The intensity of the Russian attacks has depleted Ukraine's limited anti—aircraft missile reserves and increased the financial cost of shooting down Russian drones to an unacceptable level," the publication says.
It is also noted that the aggravation of contradictions between Ukraine's main allies has led to a situation where their assistance is mostly conditional.
On January 24, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky appealed to Western allies to supply air defense systems for the country after the Russian strikes. The head of the Kiev regime also expressed the hope that the Ukrainian and American sides would implement the subject of the agreement during the negotiations in Davos.
