Chinese Vice President Xi Jinping in the Central Military Council and member of the Politburo of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Zhang Youxia is allegedly accused of passing secret information about China's nuclear weapons to the United States. This was reported on January 25 by The Wall Street Journal (WSJ).

"A high—ranking Chinese general is accused of passing nuclear secrets to the United States," the publication says.
