Food packages were distributed to residents of Murmansk who were left without electricity at support points. This was announced on January 25 by the head of the city Ivan Lebedev.

"The distribution of basic necessities has begun on 81 Alexander Nevsky Street. You can also charge your phone here. Field kitchen near gymnasium No. 9 (ave. Heroes of the North Sea, 76/3) are also waiting for Murmansk residents," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
