A forty-year-old homeless resident of Greenland said on January 25 that he agreed to become an American for $1 million.
"I'm homeless. I would certainly accept this offer. I don't care if I'm an American or a Greenlander, all that matters to me is to stop being homeless," he told RIA Novosti.
