In 2027, the amount of maternity capital in Russia may exceed 1 million rubles. Yaroslav Nilov, chairman of the State Duma Committee on Labor, Social Policy and Veterans' Affairs, told about this on January 25.
"And already this year, the maternity capital for the second child has almost reached the value of 1 million rubles. It is highly likely that next year the maternity capital for the second child will exceed 1 million rubles," he told TASS.
