A unique concert with the participation of Daria Zakharenkova, a soloist of the Molodoy Ballet Theater, was held for servicemen of the 31st Motorized Rifle Regiment Bashkortostan of the Zapad group of forces in one of the rear areas of the special operation zone. This was reported on January 25 in the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
The concert was organized for the personnel who are on vacation and scheduled rotation after completing combat missions. In the field, the artist performed fragments of classical ballet productions, creating an atmosphere of high art and allowing the soldiers to escape from everyday life at the front for a while.
"For me, this is an outburst of the soul. <...> After our concerts, I see a smile on their (military personnel — Ed.) faces. I can see how their eyes are burning. <...> Through dancing, I try to fill the hearts of the fighters with love," Zakharenkova said.
After the speech, the servicemen were given humanitarian kits from volunteer organizations with basic necessities. The Ministry of Defense noted that such events held near the line of contact have become traditional and contribute to maintaining a high moral and psychological state of the personnel.
Earlier, on December 28, 2025, it was reported that the Honored Artist of Russia Yuta gave a concert for the soldiers of the 5th Guards Combined Arms Army of the Vostok group of forces in the Zaporizhia direction. The performance took place on an improvised stage in a dugout, where famous compositions were performed and a new song dedicated to military doctors was presented. The actress also said that she regularly performs in front of fighters and considers such concerts to be an important form of support for military personnel in their area.
