Ryabkov spoke about the ongoing contacts between Moscow and Washington on irritants

Working contacts between the Russian Federation and the United States on irritants continue to be conducted in Moscow and Washington without publicity. This was announced on January 25 by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Ryabkov.

"So along with focusing on the expert level, our exchanges have returned to normality, if you will. In the sense that such working contacts are held in the capitals, that is, in Washington and Moscow," he told TASS.
