"The thermometer columns in the Silver Ponds near Moscow have dropped to 30 degrees below zero at the moment," the TASS Hydrometeorological Center said.

It is noted that the air temperature in the VDNKh area is -14.5 degrees. and in the center of the capital -13.7 degrees.
