The Ukrainian authorities are going on provocations against the background of negotiations on a peaceful settlement in Abu Dhabi. This was announced on January 24 by the Ambassador-at-large of the Russian Foreign Ministry for crimes of the Kiev regime Rodion Miroshnik in the Telegram channel.

"It looks very much like [Ukrainian President Vladimir] Putin's regime Zelensky creates an "appropriate background" for the negotiations in Abu Dhabi," he wrote.
